I am looking to buy a new compact camera and have found this task so overwhelming! What zoom lens, megapixel compacity, waterproofing, shutter timing etc. the list goes on. All I want is a great camera I can put in my bag, take great close ups and the occasional action photo (following a two year old) . Help!! Does anyone have any advice?
