Donna Hay visits our house occasionally, she comes in, puts on her apron, talks through her recipes and recreates one of her magical dishes. Delish!

Except this Donna Hay you might think is a phony, the apron is occasionally put over a tracksuit, she opens up her Donna Hay recipe book (what chef does that?), has dishes from one end of the kitchen to the other and the dish created looks absolutely nothing like the picture, usually because she hasn't been organised to gather all of the ingredients or they have been eaten already.
So who is she? She is the one who is reading this Donna Hay 'Seasons' book and loving it. Having a go at some of these gorgeous recipes and drooling over the rest. So much so, that most pages have a sticky label hanging off it. All that is needed is a days preparation for each recipe and a delicatessen in the pantry and those recipes will be tried and tested.
