After a busy weekend, we capped it off with a visit to the Lavendula Festival in Hepburn Springs yesterday at the Lavendula Farm. What a superb day! We had a picnic by the creek with friends while overlooking the lavender harvest. Later walking around catching up with family and checking out the local talent with Lark being one of them. Those cute knitted doughnut rattles get me every time. I would definitely go earlier in the day next time as the closest park was about 1km away and with picnic baskets, stroller and new shoes I was not prepared (that's a hint!). Hope those Ballarat Bloggers had a great time catching up on Saturday, sorry I missed it, hopefully next time.
