Busy Mum's Pizza



When it's been a huge day and you suddenly realise that it's too late to defrost meat for dinner and it's far too cold to drag the kids out to shop, this is a great quick, easy and healthy meal to make ready to serve in 30 mins. Provided you have the main ingredients on hand.

We usually have fun making our own dough but when you are short of time, pita bread makes a great alternative.

You will need:
Pita bread
Spaghetti sauce
and any toppings that you have in the fridge.

This pizza has baby spinach, olives, bacon, purple onion, crushed garlic, dollap of basil pesto, fetta cheese, cherry tomatoes and shredded cheese.

Spread the sauce, layer the toppings. Put into a 180c oven (wash up, set the table) cook for 20 mins and enjoy!
