Being addicted to chocolate has it's downfalls, you'd never guess, it's putting on weight!
So to overcome this I put on my gym shoes, went to the gym, drank a heap of water and felt great, re-energised, couldn't wait for the next gym session and that was just from signing up!
Time has passed and my shoes, gym bag, membership card and sweatpants look like new still, the trick to this, I don't go.
Crazy I know, I do feel guilty every time I see payment for the gym coming out of my bank account and I promise myself to go, even write it in my daily planner. That's a start isn't it?
I am sure I am not the only one. How do I get out the door at night when it's so cold (any excuse).
